Refund policy
Since Chin Chin is a perishable snack, we do not accept returns. If you're not satisfied (which we highly doubt 😉), we recommend disposing of the product. But hey, feel free to let us know what went wrong – we’re always up for improving your snack game!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Since we don’t accept returns on perishable goods like Chin Chin, refunds are only provided in rare cases. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
